About

It is the philosophy of Little School of the West to provide a sound, Bible-based curriculum development. The Christian school must be based on the "Word of God" and through this, distinguish between the world's view of life and the Christian view.  Parents are responsible to God to see that the education of their children is of the highest quality, rooted in God's truth.  The Christian home, church and school must work together to bring about this development.  No other approach to education can be truly Christ-honoring.

Our Staff

Little School of the West employs only qualified and competent staff members.  Every classroom teacher not only meets the minimum requirement mandated by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing, but most of our staff go beyond these minimum requirements and are certified in Early Childhood Development.  All staff persons are Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified and have criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice.

For More Information

Please download our parent handbook and review our licensing information available from the Community Care Licensing website.

Our preschool strives to lay the ground work for years of formal education that follow, by meeting the needs of early childhood. At this age, children are more curious, more active, and more impressionable than any other developmental stage.

Each day offers a rich variety of activities that stimulate growth in a child physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. It is our goal for our students to realize that God has made them a special individual. We seek to challenge our children individually so they can be their best for the Lord.
